How admission enquiries and website contact actions are handled.
Information we collect
When a student or parent submits an admission enquiry or scholarship-exam registration, calls, emails, opens WhatsApp, downloads a resource, or asks for directions, the website may use the name, programme interest, mobile number, city, stream, message content, page/source details, referring page, browser/device information and a temporary website session id connected with the request.
How the information is used
Information is used for admission counselling, exam administration, eligibility guidance, document support, campus visit coordination and official communication from Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges, Sikar.
The website and enquiry service are operated directly by Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges, Sikar, promoted by Shekhawati Medical Prashikshan Sansthan, Sikar. See the institutional identity page for official contact and supporting information.
Form security and failed submissions
Enquiry and exam-registration forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. The security service receives technical request information needed to perform that check. If an online submission is not confirmed by the website, the student's form details are not saved as a fallback in the browser.
Advertising and analytics
Google Analytics and Google Ads use Google Consent Mode. Google tags load with storage denied by default and may send cookieless consent and measurement signals, including whether the page contained an advertising click identifier. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after the visitor selects Allow analytics. Selecting Necessary only keeps storage denied. Meta Pixel scripts remain disabled unless analytics permission is granted. The choice can be reviewed later through Privacy choices in the website footer.
Paid-campaign parameters may be retained for the current browser session so a submitted enquiry can be routed and reviewed correctly. Longer browser storage of that attribution and advertising or analytics identifiers is used only after analytics permission is granted.
Admission conversion events are sent only after an online admission enquiry is stored successfully. Scholarship-exam registrations use a separate analytics event and are not counted as Google Ads admission conversions. Any scholarship is available only to eligible candidates under the institute's applicable written result and award terms. Where permission is granted, Meta may receive the selected course or exam context, page, generated reference, first-party advertising identifiers and technical request details such as browser user agent and IP address for browser/server event matching. Student names and phone numbers are not sent in these Meta conversion events.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information is used by the admission and administration team. It is not sold. Records may be retained for admission follow-up, compliance and student-service purposes.
