Information we collect

When a student or parent submits an enquiry, calls, emails, opens WhatsApp, downloads a prospectus, or asks for directions, the website may use the name, programme interest, mobile number, city, stream, message content, page/source details, referring page, browser/device information and a temporary website session id connected with the enquiry.

How the information is used

Information is used for admission counselling, eligibility guidance, document support, campus visit coordination and official communication from Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges, Sikar.

Advertising and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand page visits and measure advertising performance. If a visitor arrives from an advertisement, the enquiry form may record campaign parameters such as source, campaign, ad click id, GBRAID, WBRAID, campaign id, ad group id, creative, keyword, match type, landing page and viewport size so the admission team can review lead quality course-wise.

Google Ads lead conversion is intended to be counted only after an online enquiry is stored successfully. Visitors can manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings and browser cookie controls.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry information is used by the admission and administration team. It is not sold. Records may be retained for admission follow-up, compliance and student-service purposes.
